Our home, and several of our neighbors’, suffered from flooding in our basements due to a storm water drainage problem on our street. Our finished basement was significantly flooded, and carpeting and some drywall was affected. Vince was very professional and personable, carefully explained all the procedures, techniques and time required, discussed pros/cons of options to clean up and repair, clearly stated all the costs and pricing, and scheduled the work quickly and efficiently. The costs were reasonable and accurate, and the work was done on time as promised with minimal disruption to our household. We are very pleased not only with the work completed — our basement is better than it was before — but also with the relationship developed in getting to know Vince and his team.
