Our church suffered extensive damage to the basement after a heavy rainstorm. (This was discovered at 10:15 at night.) We made numerous phone calls to every after-hours service I could find that advertised emergency water removal. In the meantime, the local fire department came for 3 to 4 hours to pump out water. Capital Water & Fire Restoration was the first to respond to one of my frantic messages and they were willing to come down that morning to see if they could help. They showed up – ready to work – explained what they felt should be done to mitigate the damage, and set to work as soon as the contract was signed. Vincent kept me updated on the progress and advised us as to what our options were and how he suggested we proceed.
